Our largest floorplan that features 11' x 17' bedrooms and walk-in closets. This floorplan is a corner unit that faces both South and East or South and West depending on which unit. The dining room is large enough for a table of six and a full size buffet with room to spare.

Our Standard two bedroom is a corner unit with wrap around windows. Bedrooms are 10' x 12' and have standard size closets. This floorplan features a small foyer and coat closet that gives a warm welcoming feeling as soon as you enter.

The large one bedroom is extremely well designed and provides large living spaces. This floorplan features the bay window in the living rooms that you can see in the gallery page. Light pours into the living room of this apartment. It also features three true walk-in closets.
One Bedroom Apartment
Our most efficient floorplan with a large living space that is 21' x 13'. The bedroom is more a standard size 11' x 9.6'. This unit is not short of storage with two walk-in and two standard size closets.
